Summary of stated purpose
The purpose of the Leadership Toolkits is to support Further Education institutions in addressing individual and organisational leadership challenges. Each contains regularly updated management materials aimed at members of leadership teams, middle managers and staff development managers. There are specific toolkits for WBL and ACL providers, independent specialist colleges and offender learning. Generic toolkits are designed for management, quality improvement, equality and diversity, managing change, sustainability.
Output types
Qualitative and quantitative
Toolkits provide quantitative and qualitative data in response to self-assessment, case studies and quizzes, diagnostic tools with graphs, and colour coding. They offer nine interactive topics that cover the core business areas crucial to improved organisational effectiveness.
